Lilliano was spun off in 2025 from the Investment Management side of Lingo Investments, which was founded in 2013 to focus on model and OCIO services.

Our investment philosophy is rooted in deep learning and big data.  The models that drive our investment program have been developed over the last decade with increasing efficiencies and processing through the explosion of AI.

Jacob Pacini has his BS in Accounting and his MS in Information Management from ASU’s W.P. Carey School Business.  Additionally, he has over 20 years of trading experience with starting and running his own RIA in 2013, Lingo Investments.  From there, Jacob successfully ran a options focused hedge fund that was converted to a 40-Act Mutual Fund.  Since then, Jacob has focused primarily on creating unique offerings using Stocks, Options and ETFs to meet investor needs.

Recently Jacob and the team at Lilliano have been harnessing the power of AI and Machine Learning to the build unique and customized models rooted in strict allocation, risk and OCIO services to increase the scale at which we can service RIAs and their client’s needs.
